** spoiler alert ** You know, I probably would have given this book 4 stars if it hadn't been for the ending. Come on Jodi... can't ONE of your books not end with something that annoys me to no end. I mean, I'll give you the complete irony of the end of Sister's Keeper... but this one, really? Did Willow REALLY need to die? No. I enjoyed this book for the most part, even though the whole plot, suing your best friend over your daughter's birth, bothered me a lot... at least Jodi did a good job of tackling those difficult story lines. I think Amelia became my favorite character even after I thought she would be my least favorite. I found myself wishing the book was more about her and how much her life had been affected. But then, that last little chapter just pushed it over the top for me and ruined the whole thing. If I could have just left it at that last page before the last chapter all would have been well and good.
